                    GTI廣西研討會應用案例分享:聯合打造全球最大規模的軌道交通5G示范公專網

                    11月24-26日,GTI(全球新一代信息通信技術合作組織)第41次研討會暨GTI頻譜與技術研討會在廣西南寧召開,來自國際組織、產業合作伙伴、高校和研究機構的百余名高層代表及行業專家參加活動。分享全球頻譜發展現狀及先進頻譜策略,聚焦5G/5G-A產業發展面臨的關鍵問題,探討網絡及終端智能化新技術、低空智聯網及5G 行業專網的關鍵技術及創新應用,推動產業數智化發展。本期我們將回顧并分享上海移動聯合申通、華為打造全球最大規模的軌道交通5G示范公專網的應用案例。我國十四五規劃和2035年遠景目標綱要提出“構建基于5G的應用場景和產業生態。”上海移動從2021年開始,協助申通地鐵開展5G公專網研究和試點,形成了業網融合的技術方案和公專合用的創新模式。2024年5月20日,《城市軌道交通5G公專網》系列團體標準正式發布,意味著5G技術正式進入軌道交通行業領域。在國家標準的春風下,上海移動計劃全面覆蓋上海地鐵新建線路和存量線路的5G公專網,涉及線路里程1000公里左右,車站500多個,擬上線手持終端、車載終端、傳感裝置等各類設備超1萬個,是全球規模最大的軌道交通5G公專網應用。上海地鐵共有23條線,運營里程超1000公里,為世界之最,日均客運量已突破1000萬,面對如此大的客流量要保障行車安全、提升運營效率、優化乘車體驗,其中高質量無線網絡是重中之重。申通地鐵、上海移動攜手華為,共同攻克地鐵軌行區內網絡信號弱難題,打造了全球最長最快5G-A地鐵綜合覆蓋網,通過多頻協同、硬切片RB預留和智能調度技術手段,提供專屬網絡能力承載地鐵調度、設備運維巡檢、安全運營管理等關鍵生產業務,支撐上萬名運維人員在全場景實現高效作業,同時為廣大乘客提供極致上網體驗,助力上海地鐵實現安全高效運營數字化轉型。方案包含以下三點創新:5G定位地鐵隧道率先商用:針對隧道內線型空間特點和信號傳播特征,創新性設計EasyMacro一維定位解決方案,基于UL-RTOA(上行鏈路相對到達時間)免信標定位算法。為保證定位業務連續,在站臺站廳LampSite覆蓋場景,基于二維UTDOA雙曲線求解,獲得車站內精準定位。全區域定位精度滿足行業3~10m@90%要求,實現終端設備的精準定位、動態調度、智能巡檢、人員安全保障,為申通地鐵運營和業務應用打下數字化基礎。EasyMacro免漏纜部署:網絡采用華為高度集成天線、射頻一體化設備EasyMacro,不需要漏纜。大大簡化隧道建網部署,每公里可節省建設成本50多萬元,相比RRU+漏纜部署,部署周期縮短60%以上。一網多能使能地鐵全業務:一張5G網替代當前軌道交通行業獨立部署的通訊網、集群網、數傳網、定位網,支撐申通地鐵更全面的業務應用。目前多種業務開始分批次上線,包括:智能巡檢、電子圍欄、車載咪咕視頻、多媒體集群調度、車載CCTV、弓網監測、車輛運行狀態監控等應用。目前,中國的城市軌道交通正以每年1000公里的速度擴張,在現有的300多條線路中,許多都要進行改造,以提高地鐵運營的安全性和效率,減少對環境的影響。上海地鐵5G公專網的成功實踐為其他地鐵公司提供了有價值參考。

                    GTI Guangxi seminar application case sharing: jointly build the world's largest rail transit 5G demonstration public private network. From November 24th to 26th, the 41st GTI (Global New Generation Information and Communication Technology Cooperation Organization) seminar and GTI Spectrum and Technology Seminar were held in Nanning, Guangxi. More than a hundred high-level representatives and industry experts from international organizations, industrial partners, universities and research institutions participated in the event. Share the current status of global spectrum development and advanced spectrum strategies, focus on the key issues facing the development of the 5G/5G-A industry, explore new network and terminal intelligence technologies, key technologies and innovative applications of low-altitude intelligent networking and 5G industry private networks, and promote the development of industrial digital intelligence. In this issue, we will review and share the application cases of Shanghai Mobile, STO and Huawei to build the world's largest rail transit 5G demonstration public private network. my country's 14th Five-Year Plan and the Outline of 2035 Vision Goals propose building application scenarios and industrial ecology based on 5G. Starting in 2021, Shanghai Mobile will assist STO Metro in conducting 5G public and private network research and pilots, forming a technical solution for industry-network integration and an innovative model for public and private use. On May 20, 2024, the Urban Rail Transit 5G Public Private Network series of group standards were officially released, which means that 5G technology has officially entered the rail transit industry. Under the spring breeze of national standards, Shanghai Mobile plans to fully cover the 5G public and private network of Shanghai Metro's new lines and existing lines, involving about 1,000 kilometers of line mileage and more than 500 stations. It plans to launch more than 10,000 handheld terminals, vehicle-mounted terminals, sensor devices and other types of equipment. It is the world's largest rail transit 5G public and private network application. The Shanghai Metro has a total of 23 lines with an operating mileage of over 1,000 kilometers, the longest in the world. The average daily passenger volume has exceeded 10 million. In the face of such a large passenger flow, it is necessary to ensure driving safety, improve operational efficiency, and optimize the riding experience, among which high-quality wireless networks are a top priority. STO Metro and Shanghai Mobile joined hands with Huawei to jointly overcome the problem of weak network signals in the subway track area and build the world's longest and fastest 5G-A comprehensive subway coverage network. Through multi-frequency collaboration, hard slicing RB reservation, and intelligent dispatching technology, it provides exclusive network capabilities to carry key production services such as subway dispatching, equipment operation and maintenance inspections, and safe operation management. It supports tens of thousands of operation and maintenance personnel to achieve efficient operations in all scenarios, while providing the ultimate Internet experience for passengers, helping Shanghai Metro achieve digital transformation of safe and efficient operations. The solution contains the following three innovations: 5G positioning is the first to be commercialized in subway tunnels: Based on the linear space characteristics and signal propagation characteristics of the tunnel, the EasyMacro one-dimensional positioning solution is innovatively designed, based on the UL-RTOA (uplink relative time of arrival) beacon-free positioning algorithm. In order to ensure the continuity of positioning services, LampSite covers the scene in the platform hall and based on the two-dimensional UTDOA hyperbola solution, the precise positioning in the station is obtained. The full-region positioning accuracy meets the industry's 3 10m 90% requirement, enabling precise positioning of terminal equipment, dynamic scheduling, intelligent inspection, and personnel safety guarantee, laying a digital foundation for STO Metro operations and business applications. EasyMacro-free cable leakage deployment: The network uses Huawei's highly integrated antenna and radio frequency integrated equipment EasyMacro, which eliminates the need for leaky cables. It greatly simplifies tunnel network construction and deployment, saving more than 500,000 yuan in construction costs per kilometer. Compared with RRU+ leaky cable deployment, the deployment cycle is shortened by more than 60%. One network with multiple capabilities enables all subway services: One 5G network replaces the current independently deployed communication network, cluster network, data transmission network, and positioning network in the rail transit industry, supporting STO Metro's more comprehensive business applications. At present, a variety of services have begun to be launched in batches, including: intelligent inspection, electronic fence, vehicle-mounted Migu video, multimedia cluster dispatch, vehicle-mounted CCTV, pantograph monitoring, vehicle operating status monitoring and other applications. At present, China's urban rail transit is expanding at a rate of 1,000 kilometers per year. Among the more than 300 existing lines, many need to be transformed to improve the safety and efficiency of subway operations and reduce the impact on the environment.
